When the staff heard about this, they immediately brought us a cake. The Serenity or Hawaii Room is incredible. Makes you feel you’re not in New York. Dont get me started about the heavenly atmosphere and scent that surrounded us which made it even more relaxing.I purchased the Enchant Him package and Helen was my masseuse. What an absolute sweetheart! Helen kept asking if I was comfortable and always worked around my preferences. My girlfriend went with the Delight Me package and Jane was her masseuse. Absolutely no complaints from the both of us. Calm and relaxing experience all around the board. Dominka did our facials and we dont plan on visiting anyone ever again for facials. This will definitely be a regular spot for us now!Sandra helped set everything up for us and occasionally checked in to see how we were doing. I still cant get over the angelic aroma that was looming all over the spa. We definitely recommend EVERYONE to visit this spa at least once. 10/10 my girlfriend and I will be back!

Body massage phenomenal. Facial looking ten years younger. She uses natural oils. The birthday special was better than expected. Champagne, chocolate, cheese, crackers, fruit. Everything was fresh and excellent. They should rename the place 5 star spa. Perfect gift for anyone.
After all our services were complete, we were treated to champagne, chocolates, and a lovely chocolate mousse cake. Sandra was nice enough to take pictures of the group and even let us use her tripod so we could get a few more pictures using the self-timer.
