First, the store told me I had to fill out a form. Now the store tells me the form was unsigned. So they need another credit card on file. Can anybody say Target? These people will waste your time!

I could cut and paste the bad comments that others have written. Apparently this is how the Company is run. I loved the massages but the office people are horrible. If this company suffers it is do to them. I went in and changed my debit card # on 7-10-2012 knowing that the 7-22 payment would be pulled from the old account. on 8-22-2012 the payment was pulled from the old account again. I called them and they said they had no record of the change. Lucky for me I had taken a picture of their change to account sheet showing my new information and that I was changing account but there wasn’t a date stamp and employee initials on the form so I was told that that was not valid as proof. So, I tried to cancel my account. no luck they are still trying to charge the old bank and making numerous calls to me. Now the girl is threatening a lawsuit for the one month. What a mess.
DON’T go to the Massage Envy Spa in West Chester. They have a large turn over at the front desk. They are very untrained, rude. The lad that runs the place. Plump, younger gal, is very brash, trips over her own words. Her mommy owns the place. They also go thru massage therapists like wild fire! That location is HORRIBLE!!!!
Really 0 stars. I use to be employeed with this company as a front desk associate. It was the WORST
I filled out all the forms on line. I’m on vacation and cannot get anyone to call me back to book a massage and facial. Bad customer service and taking my money elsewhere.

No Motivation For New Customers
Very disappointed with the way they prohibit you from sharing your massages with new coming members which would try out the spa and end up liking it or signing up!! Too many hidden clauses which are not disclosed when they want you to join!?Going to a real spa!!!
Terrible costumer service. I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was. She refused to cancel my membership. I asked for corporate’s number and she said she did not know it and couldn’t give it out. All I want to do is cancel and get out of this place. I’m tired of the poor front desk service. I’m moving and I will live to close to massage envy for my membership to be canceled. I just want out! I do not and will not ever return to massage envy.

I was harassed with phone calls every day to get my credit card information..they couldn’t wait till my appt. then they said they couldn’t hold my appt without my credit card info. Once I got thatthere for my appt. I was pounced on when I walked in the door for my credit card and had to pay and do gratituty before my massage. I was totally turned off by this and will never go back ever again!

This is by far the best location, the therapist are very knowledge and professional. I’ve seen a couple estheticians and boy are they smart!! The products they suggested me have shown wonderful results. The front gets very busy but the girls handle it well. I enjoy this location most, and I’ve been getting massages and facials for almost seven years. Good job ladies and gens!

Across the US, people go to Massage Envy spas in search of a soothing, affordable escape. More than 180 people say what they got instead was sexual assault. But the billion-dollar company says thats not its problem to solve. A BuzzFeed News investigation.
On May 2, 2015, Susan Ingram lay facedown in the dark at her local Massage Envy in West Chester, Pennsylvania, one of the franchises nearly 1,200 spas nationwide. It was her seventh session with James Deiter, a massage therapist whom the spa had enthusiastically recommended. By now, Ingram trusted Deiter, and she closed her eyes and relaxed as he worked her muscles. Then, without warning, Deiter ground his erect penis against Ingrams body. He groped her breasts. He put his fingers in and out of her vagina.
Ingram lay there, frozen in fear and disbelief, until the session was over. After driving home sobbing, she called the spa to report the sexual assault. She was shocked when the manager refused to interrupt the session Deiter was having with a female client, Ingram said, or to connect Ingram with the spas owner.

Front Desk Staff Rude
My wife purchased a Gift Certificate for a massage for my birthday. Tried to schedule the massage and they wanted my credit card #. Won’t give I to them so when I went for the massage at the scheduled time, I wasn’t on the book. The staff was rude, unfriendly and definitely NOT Helpful. Will not be returning, and hopefully my wife can get her money back.
