I took a friend of mine for a massage and facial for her birthday. Weâve both been to several different spas but some of the techniques and applications used At Peace were new to us and we both enjoyed our services. Stella completed my massage services. She was polite, professional, and asked me if I had any specific areas I needed her to focus on. She had me walking out of my appointment so relaxed! JJ is so amazing! She is really good at what she does. She offers deep tissue/Swedish, cupping, and other types of massages and facials. She is very professional and just an all around good person. What Are The Different Swedish Massage Techniques
There are five main techniques in Swedish massage: effleurage, friction, petrissage, tapotement and vibration. Within each category there are various movements, all intended to ease muscle tension and pain.
