This store is doing something uniquely different from the other stores I visited. In addition to selling mattresses, they are selling hot tubs and massage chairs, offering a nice line of therapeutic products. I visited the store to look at massage chairs and ended up spending about 2 1/2 hours with my salesperson, David Pratt. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the industry, and the experience was so positive i purchased a chair. I highly recommend anybody interested in these products visit this store before making a purchase.

Infinity Presidential Vs Genesis Vs Imperial
Infinity massage chairs have come out with a triumvirate of new chair models that offer the 3D L-track feature, something that has been lacking in our industry. The Genesis is a Costco exclusive, the Imperial is a Mattress Firm exclusive, while the Infinity Presidential massage chair is the model the rest of the retailers carry .
I have the Presidential in both of my showrooms and it is a very popular model. It came to us in November 2017 and has been a top seller ever since. It competes very nicely with chairs like the Human Touch Novo XT, the Luraco Legend, and the Osaki Ekonall 3D L-track chairs.
I figured Id dedicate this brief article to describing the differences between the 3 Infinity models as it has become somewhat confusing to massage chair shoppers who have run across the names of all three in their research. Ive only sat on the Presidential, so for the feel of the chairs, I cant speak for the Genesis or the Imperial. So, my points below will be relative to what we have in the Presidential model:
As mentioned above, the Genesis is sold through Costco road shows, while the Imperial is sold through Mattress Firms road shows. These models are not listed on their respective websites and can only be found through the road show sales model.

Our training is based on data from our parent company, which has made a significant investment in R& D and massage education in China.
Stateside, Cozzia USA itself contracts yearly research on massage and massage products and the consumer that it uses in its training for and marketing materials to retailers.
When it comes to approaching furniture retailers, Milone sees a correlation between massage chairs and motion furniture.

This chair has changed my life. I have all kinds of back issues and I enjoy my chair at least twice a day for 30 minutes. My back has never felt better and, if I develop spasms or pain, I just sit in my chair for 30 minutes. I have had friends try the chair and they all think it is unbelievable!

New Evolution Chair A+++
My wife and I recently bought our Infinity Evolution massage chair at Costco. It’s the most money I’ve ever spent on something that doesn’t have wheels and an engine. I have to say during the 6 week wait for delivery, I questioned my sanity multiple times, but stayed the course and I’m glad I did. In the three weeks since I set it up, this mechanical marvel has proven itself to be just what I needed. After working 10 hour days in front of a computer, or after a cruel workout with my trainer, the chair breathes new life back into my 57yo body. I have chronic back pain and flexibility issues, but the chair has very clearly started reducing those. I wish I had done this sooner. I would advise anyone who plans to set up the chair themselves to have one or two strapping lads to help move the largest of the three boxes containing the main unit, and also: watch and re-watch the assembly videos available for this chair on YouTube. This can save much aggravation!

Relaxing But Not Deep
I would rate the Evolution Massage chair overall as a 6 out of 10. The first issue, for me personally, is that the roller and airbag massages don’t go deep enough. The programmed auto mode massage function is adequate. The remote, in general, and manual control options are very confusing and not very user friendly. After more than two months of twice-daily usage, I finally figured out how to use the functions. The instruction manual needs to be rewritten and more detailed. The chair needs to accommodate all body types and be more of a one size fits all design to get a more full body massage experience. My thin wife doesn’t use it because the rollers barely touch her body. There is too much padding which doesn’t allow you to ‘sink’ into the chair. The keypad needs to be lit up. Airbags need to be designed such that they create downward pressure on the body to push you down into the rollers to give a deeper massage. Often times the airbags inflate and lift the body AWAY from the rollers thereby reducing the intensity of the massage.

Delivery Process Is A Nightmare
I would love to review the chair but delivery process has been a nightmare so far. The chair was said to be in the area for about 2 weeks ago and its still not delivered. I was supposed to get it last week but that did not happen and I was supposed to get some follow up and I didnt hear anything back today. This is so frustrating as I do not have the chair I paid for!I will update the review once I actually get to use my chair

Dont Buy From This Company
Our first chair showed up and it had been used. It was out of the packaging and actually had holes in the arms. They were willing to get us a replacement of course. But that took another six weeks. I sent multiple emails during that time. I never got a reply back to any of them. So far using this chair I have not been overly impressed for the price. I think the $1500 one from Costco probably does the same job. I would not recommend this company or this chair to anyone.
Customer Service Was Great
I think we made a mistake ordering a reconditioned chair from the salesman at Costco. I know he was trying to be helpful because we were “on the fence” about purchasing, what was a significantly costly item for us. Obviously we loved the demo massage chairs when we tried them. We purchased a reconditioned chair at a price we could live with.The chair arrived within the time frame promised. The drivers unboxed the chair and there were a couple upholstery rips that occurred during shipping. I called customer service, sent them some photos of the damage and they said they could have someone out to repair the upholstery and we were fine with that. However, when they brought the chair in the house and started to assemble it they found they were short some bolts. I called customer service and the installers explained they could not assemble it, the drivers then left while I was on the phone, so I was unable to refuse delivery of this chair and Infinity sent out a replacement chair. Now, I went from unhappy to livid, I did not have room for storage.Customer service is one the best things about Infinity, they answered my calls and emails right away, worked with me to solve the problems. We arrived at an acceptable solution, where I would have a new massage chair shipped to us and the original chair would be picked up at that time. The exchange has not happened yet, but I was told it would be this week. I will update the review then.

This Is My Third Massage Chair
This is my third massage chair. Like the color, much better than the beige one I wore out. Not enough support for my neck and lower back. Therefore, sometimes I get up hurting even more. Having gone through each setting, there is not one for just a gentle massage. With as much as I paid that I could not afford, I am dissapointed.
