When they increased the price of the monthly membership quality went down. The massages became subpar as the experienced masseurs left. When I called to cancel because of the quality in relation to the prices I was told I would be billed for one more month, 30 days but that I could use the services. I have now been charged for two months and have been told I had to pay for the month I cancelled and another 30 days. Extremely dissatisfied with the communication. I should have been told that I would be billed twice. I will be spending my money with small businesses who need my patronage.

Recent price increase in the membership, adequate massage. Called today to cancel my membership, was told it would take 30 days!!! It took me less than 5 minutes to sign up for a membership but takes 30 days to cancel!!! Thatâs ridiculous. Please be aware when you sign up for a membership that it will take you 30 days to cancel! Poor customer service!

The services are subpar and the company is very shady as far as their cancellation polices. I asked to cancel over 30 days before my best draft, and they said they were going to charge many anyway. I would not recommend this company at all. Not relaxing and stressful experience.
