Hand & Stone was very clean. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Shardee was very good. She was very professional, really paid attention to what I needed. She also communicated well. I highly recommend Shardee. She is the best. She is so good, that itâs hard to get an appointment with her.

I visited hand and stone today to purchase gift cards. The service I received was amazing . Kat at the front desk was super nice ! Answered all my questions .I also forgot my form of payment there . They went out of their way to contact me to let me know. I followed up with them after to shred it and Kat was extra pleasant in my worries about leaving it there and made sure that it was safe.Thank you so much . I can’t wait to actually go and get a massage there !

The front desk associate and my masseuse Jennifer was were AMAZING. The time we are living in I was anxious to indulge in my favorite birthday activity, treating myself with a massage. I felt comfortable, timing was perfect and the team there are sweet.
