Building Up: The Two New Attractions Of Stcharles
New buildings have arisen in the St.Charles area. Over by Historic Main Street, there has been newer restaurants, apartments, and other attractions added. The attraction started with the Art Institute in 2012 which is one of the three largest buildings. Other large buildings consist of the high-rise apartment complex and the AMC Theater. The two are connected by a parking garage for people entering the theater and people living in the residences. The marketplace is on 5th Street, making it very close to Main Street.
I have been down there once I went for frozen yogurt, sophomore Savannah Wandzel said. I think my favorite thing about it was how close everything was it felt like its own city in a way because theres the living and the food and stuff all right there next to each other. Its also cool how close it is to Main Street its basically walking distance which is a really good quality.
Restaurants take up majority of the marketplace. Restaurants: Prasino, Wasabi Sushi, Five Guys Burgers And Fries, Tucanos, Bar Louie, U Swirl and Deweys Pizza. The newest place at the center is Pie Time which is a pizza place that is set off from the two main buildings of the mall. A restaurant coming to the center is PF Changs which will also be set off from the mall. Streets of St.Charles Dental, Massage Luxe Spa, and Leopard Boutique are other stores connected with the residences and the institute.

We are aware that Google Maps says to but DO NOT go up the hill on the side of the building and go to the back. There is no access to our office up there.
After parking in front of Robbies Hair, walk into the corner of the building under the silver metallic awning that says Three Flags Center. Take the elevator up to the 3rd story, we are not on the directory. Take a left off the elevator and we are in suite #304. If the door is locked, that means therapists are still in session. Make sure to follow these directions to our St Charles Office to prevent to need to call therapists while they are performing treatments.

Former Tanco/massage Luxe Exec Gets 20 Years In Kidnapping Case
ST. LOUIS A suburban St. Louis businessman has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for kidnapping a man who stole money and marijuana from him.
Todd Beckman was sentenced Friday. He is the founder and former CEO of BAM Brands, which operates tanning, fitness and massage companies.
Beckman pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit kidnapping in November. He resigned as CEO after his arrest in December 2016.
The victim was abducted in November 2016 and taken to a home where he was beaten and attacked with a stun gun. Federal prosecutors say he was held for nearly three days. He was freed when his parents agreed to pay kidnappers $27,000.
Beckmans guilty plea said the kidnapping occurred when the victim, a dealer, stole 24 pounds of marijuana and $15,000 cash.

A prominent St. Louis business owner is among a group of alleged kidnappers that could face life in prison after they were accused of kidnapping then torturing a Maplewood man for 48 hours. They are now facing federal kidnapping and weapons charges.
US Attorney Richard Callahan said this is the worst kidnapping case he has ever seen, in which the victim made it out alive.

The men held the victim in the basement, tortured him and threatened to kill him. That was when Todd Beckman, Kerry Roades and later, Zachary Smith, arrived. The five men accused him of stealing, and owing them money. They called the victims parents in Florida, demanding a ransom. Callahan says the victims mother could hear her son screaming in the background.
A day later, the men took the victim to Todd Beckmans property on Gregory Lane in Fenton, where they held him in a shipping container, court documents allege. The torture continued.
He was finally released on Nov. 23, when his mother traveled from Florida to pay a $27,000 ransom.
