Worst Customer Service ever! I am a new client and this place cancelled my appointment and made me wait 1 week to get into another appointment because the therapist I was going to quit. The scheduler didn’t even apologize and basically told me that peoples schedules change and they have no control over it. I mean I could understand if she showed a little concern for my schedule. But the front desk gals attitude was uncalled for! I complained to the Manager there and got no where as well. I wonder if the owners know just how terrible their Customer Service staff are. Once they start seeing how many customers are leaving perhaps they’ll catch a clue. The staff won’t give out the owners information for you to complain… hence, complaints will be made publicly until the owners respond and change their practices for disputes.

From the front desk team to my amazing therapist Oxana, I felt like I wasnât just a customer but a family member. I have been in terrible pain from a pinched nerve, barely able to walk, and I have been accommodated and helped in any way they could offer to assist in my recovery. Oxana is a very special person, a healer really more than a therapist. I feel very fortunate to be going to massage envy and am confident that this terrible injury I am suffering from will be resolved soon. Thank you team!

Lo was awesome! The firm pressure I requested was just what I needed. Her tiny stature is very deceiving! Sheâs a powerhouse. I will definitely book with Lo again.Shout out to the front desk ladies, too. They are always so friendly, happy and welcoming.
