Please note that LA County has removed the indoor masking requirement for fully vaccinated persons as of February 25, 2022. Therefore, clients who provide proof of full vaccination are not required to wear masks while visiting the spa. Clients who are not fully vaccinated, but can prove a negative test result upon arrival, may continue to receive spa services but are required to wear masks upon arrival and throughout the duration of their reservation. There will be minor exceptions, which include facials and facial waxing.
Proof of Vaccination May Be Shared By:
- A COVID-19 vaccination card issued by the CDC, which includes the name of the person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and the date of the last dose administered, or similar documentation issued by another governmental agency. A photo of both sides of the vaccination card as described in #1 above.
- Documentation of vaccination from a licensed healthcare provider.
- A personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California or similar documentation issued by another state, local, or governmental jurisdiction.
