There are good massages and there are great massages. It’s harder to find places where the masseurs/masseuses can listen to what you request and exceed your expectation. This was my first visit to Lenox Hill Massage to get pain relief from a migraine and neck cramp that had rendered me useless. After a one-hour session targeting some key areas and identifying other potential problems my pain had decreased significantly. I immediately chose to schedule a follow up on the spot. The place was clean and relaxed and the staff was pleasant. It’s highly recommended.

I loved, loved, loved my massage. Sofya is deeply talented, highly skillful massage therapist. Her style is disciplined – because she is disciplined! – but she is at the same time entirely non-mechanical in how she executes strokes. Sofya’s magician! She’s made my cycling muscles happy so many times and so entirely revitalized the rest of me, i had to think – jealously of course – if I should be honest lets she become too in-demand! However, her magic really deserves total honesty !
