I was never notified by snail mail, email, text, of a simple phone call that Hand and Stone in Severna Park was raising my membership fee, which I was grandfathered in to from the previous owner. Their excuses feel on death ears, Ive been a member for nearly 10 years and was told except or terminate the membership. I also noticed how much the therapist are turning over, and with this type of leadership in place its no wonder. I asked to speak with Delores the manager but was told she wasnt in, however the email I received right after the phone call came from Delores email.

I am a teacher and received a gift certificate for a facial here. It was wonderful! Markiah did an awesome job. She listened to my concerns, offered some suggestions , and had a very friendly demeanor. I was super relaxed and my skin felt and looked great afterwards. Of course, when you check out they try to upsale you to their monthly membership. Honestly, if I lived closer I would probably do it. Front desk was friendly too.

My masseuse was amazing! I left the spa feeling relaxed and wanted to go right to sleep! She gave me a coconut water afterwards for hydration as well and it tasted really good. Never had coconut water like that before. I would go back and would definitely recommend this location.

My wife gave me a gift card for three messages at the Hand and Stone Massage. The nearest location, Severna Park was quite a distance from our home in Clinton but worth the trip. I was serviced by Kia. Very nice, quite talkative, and very good at her job. She was wonderful. I had returned from a long car trip and my lower back was really hurting. Her hands went over my back once and knew exactly what to work on. Here I am a day later fully refreshed. I definitely recommend this Hand and Stone and ask for Kia!
Complete waste of money. The choices for pressure were light/medium/firm, I chose firm. This turned into lightly rubbing lotion on me. The areas I asked her to focus on were never touched, not even lightly applying lotion. This must be the worst massage therapist ever. Charles Sims

I had been to North Brunswick Hand and Stone and the massage was horrible. It was one hr started 10min late and ended 3 min before. The actual massage was not relaxing at all and the person who was doing the massage was tiered and most of the time it felt like a gentle rub of hands with no pressure.
