I love everything about massage heights! Jo at the front desk and all the other ladies are always so welcoming and friendly. My therapist Ms. Connie is my favorite and I even have Ms. Edith as a backup. The retreat is very clean and always relaxing. Iâve been coming here since this location opened and recommend it to anyone!

The massage session was good, no complaints towards the therapist or price. My only concern is that I want to cancel my membership due to personal issues and it hasn’t been done. I’m told to wait for manager to contact me and it’s been 3 days, I was charged and did not attend, NOT because I was a no show, but because they canceled due to the therapist not being there ! I was charged and have that credit for a reschedule, but I don’t want to reschedule anymore. I want to cancel everything and nothing has been done to help. The front desk ladies might not have access to it, I understand that. So I need the manager to cancel that membership and refund…read full review

I have been coming to this location since 2018. The environment is always welcoming. This past massage I called 15 minutes prior to closing to get an appointment for the next afternoon. My appointment was booked with ease and the receptionist was very professional and pleasant.I always receive the best messages from Ms. Adriana C!! The moment she calls you back and greets you is always so welcoming. I hadn’t seen her in a few months and she always asks how I am doing and how my family is doing. Her massages are the best and 1 hour is just not enough time! I always leave feeling relaxed. Thank you!!
OMG!! Please, book with Connie. Shes the only one I go for my massages since she got me my first amazing prenatal massage. Even after pregnancy, she still does me right. Im always smiling when I leave. She is hands down, the best masseuse.
I liked the ladies up front however I scheduled a deep tissue massage after a very long month of work . My back & sciatica were killing me. I had to tell Lilly to use more pressure several times & nothing changed. I felt like I was just getting a back rub. I’m very disappointed & upset . I should never leave a massage feeling the same as when I came in & more so I should get the pressure I requested. If that massage therapist cannot provide deep pressure then they should not have a client that requests that!Was a complete waist of $$! I’ll be going to natural forces! They are fantastic & provide what is requested.
