I have a membership with 7 mos credit because theyâre always booked and when I do get a massage appointment they call and cancel. My therapist apparently has a medical emergency⦠aka Covid probably and no one to fill in. It took me 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. No oneâs quarantined either so should be able to get a replacement. I think Iâm just going to cancel everything and forget it.

I was booked for a massage and facial and they cancelled it with no possibility to rebook with in 3-4 weeks! Worst place for customer service. Probably the 4th time they’ve messed up scheduling or just cancelled. I will be cancelling my membership for sure.

Absolutely awful customer service. Iâve waited almost a month for a prenatal massage at this location just to be told the therapist refused to do it-My massage therapist told me to undress to my comfort level- next thing i know the front desk is in my room asking me If I was comfortable with a male massage therapist??Maybe keeping my under garments on was taken as me being uncomfortable?? A major inconvenience and poor representation of this establishment.

Anthony and her husband opened their first Hand and Stone Spa franchise location seven years ago in Greensboro. Next came shops in Winston-Salem. After adding partner Rob Luce, they brought their business to Fayetteville and, now, Southern Pines.
It is all about location, just like buying a house. We searched for the best locations in North Carolina, Anthony said. We look at demographics and where we can get a lot of drive-by and walk-by traffic of folks that are interested in a lifestyle program. This was the case with Southern Pines and Pinehurst. It was about finding that great spot in an established center.
Hand and Stone offers a number of spa services, including top-notch facials. Each session begins with an in-depth skin analysis. According to Anthony, this is a critical step because hormones and seasonal changes impact each persons face differently.
