Whatever you do, however great they make the deal sound DO NOT give this company your credit card information. I have tried to cancel this membership several times and keep getting the run around. Here’s their MO: they make you fill out a form to cancel and conveniently “lose” it so that you continue to get billed. Then when you complain they say they’ll have the manager call you – which never happens. When I went to the store to see the manager she had conveniently “just stepped out” but will call me the next day . Google “trouble cancelling Hand and Stone membership” and you will see that I am not the first to have gotten this exact same runaround from this company. Next step will be legal action and a call to the local NBC affiliate in our area to broadcast a warning to all potential customers thinking of joining the monthly membership scam.

The massage was good. I problem was the woman who gave it spoke no English so communication was difficult. For the value I would go again. The price is excellent and the facility was very clean
There isn’t a huge range of options in the area, and we got a couples groupon so gave them a try. The rooms are a little dark, and it can seem a bit creepy I suppose . However it didn’t bother me and I found all the staff to be very professional and competent. I had a deep tissue massage, which could have been a little broader, , but what was done was done well, and I would go again.
