I had a facial and Aurora need to get 5 STARS!!! She was awesome. I was okay when my appointment got cancelled because my MT was in an accident. I was scheduled to do it the following day in the morning with a different MT. I called when I was almost there and was then told that I was not on the schedule. WTH!!!

Massage was really good but the waiting room was FULL of non-masked clients that no one batted an eye at despite the sign on the door saying EVERYONE should wear one. On checking out the pressure to sign up for a package deal was too much. Completely put me off coming back to this location. Are employees on a juicy commission I wonder??

My massage with April was outstanding! She was very effective, understanding & attentive. I felt totally relaxed when she finished. I called during their BOGO special, gave the clerk my credit card # & was told I could pick up my cards when I returned from a trip. They had no record of my purchase, did not charge my card & would not honor the deal, even after I showed the clerk the phone call on my phone. Just poor business practice which will send me to another provider.
