I absolutely love Alex at Pure Aesthetics.She takes her time and asks questions about what you’re trying to achieve. Then, she explains the different services and technologies and how they can benefit your skin.I had dark spots and sun damage on my chest, neck and shoulders, so Alex suggested IPL treatments.After only one treatment, I saw a huge improvement! I ended up getting three treatments and the dark spots are GONE.She took before and after photos and I couldn’t believe the difference.I also see Alex for facials and she’s simply amazing.It’s rare to find someone who takes this much time with clients.The space is quiet and soothing. I loved the visit to the Pure Aesthetics Spa! Alex is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my concerns regarding the sun spots. She also set me up with a good home skin care. Will not go to another place for laser. Very clean, organized, and professional. I have seen great results. Yesenia has been doing my laser and she is the absolute best. She is so sweet and makes me feel super comfortable! If you are thinking of getting laser done THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 11am. I waited for 30 minutes knocking on the door, calling numerous times, and left multiple messages. I listened to the voicemail I received from them to ensure I had the correct date and time. No one ever answered the door or phone. No one ever called me back. No one ever cancelled my appointment. The first red flag should have been the difficulty I had reaching someone to schedule an appointment. Edit: I had my appointment rescheduled, and Alessandra did a phenomenal job on my massage.
