Completely unprofessional front desk staff. I have had multiple issues over the years but today took the cake!I booked a 2 hour massage almost a month ago and I learned today when I check into the appointment that it has been changed to one hour. Instead of the people apologizing they place the blame on me saying I didnât answer the phone. How about keep my booking how it is but whatever the case I listened to the message left and it was an appointment reminder not an appointment amendment!I will say Chuck is great but I cannot believe how terrible the front desk staff are!I wonât be returning and Iâd encourage those reading this to stay away as well if you want…read full review

I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to my therapist Ciara E for the amazing job she did on me today. I am 6 months pregnant and I did the prenatal massage. Ciara was very gentle, attending, kind, and nurturing. She has amazing healing hands that had me ready to tell her my whole life experience to say the least lol definitely plan on going back to her even after I give birth.
