If I could give less stars I would. Woman at the front desk is incompetent, lied about giving me and my husband a credit for a massage that was absolutely terrible. My masseuse hardly used any pressure and my husbands scratched him repeatedly with her long nails. When we asked them to please do more pressure and not use so much nail they didn’t change a thing. My wife and I were in Santa Barbara for s few days and called a couple places looking to each get a massage. Massage Green was the most helpful and informative on the phone than several others. The girl my wife spoke to was very accommodating worked to find us 2 masseuses that could get us in at the same time . My wife also took advantage of the sauna after her massage.My massage did exactly what I wanted it to, relaxed me, in fact, I fell asleep twice. My wife called her massage, the best massage shes ever had. Neither one of us can remember our masseuses names, hers was a male, bald, tall, mine was a lady with short grey hair, very friendly.
