I went there for the first time and I had a great experience. I had a Swedish massage with Zac and it was fantastic. He was very talented and allowed me to relax without being chatty.

Stone massage was relaxing masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure on my back. He took time to exam my body and skin. He really concentrated Im making me feel great afterwards. I left feeling so woke and rejuvenated. I believe his name was Cody. He was professional and works magic with his hands as a massage therapist! The space was very clean and making an appointment was simple. All around excellent experience. Going to make another appointment soon!

Stone massage was awesome masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure as discussed before session started.Only communication that could have been better was the timing of letting me know about the membership which was explained to me AFTER I checked out.Otherwise, good experience!

A relaxing time turned into a stressful time. I was a member of Hand & Stone on Bay Area Blvd. Part of membership is that you can give your paid massage to someone else for a $10. fee. I had accumulated 2 massages and decided to let my daughter and wife use the service. The day they went in there was a special for members of a $25 facial. My wife heard the customer before her inquire about the facial and decided the service would be a nice add on. Before ordering the facials, my wife asked about the price and was told that yes it would be $25.00 each. Had the young lady at the counter looked at my profile she would have seen that my wife and daughter were guests. I had set that up at the time of appointment that they were my guests. To cut to the chase. After the massage my wife was paying and noticed that the bill was a little over $200. instead of the $70 that she expected. To make matters worse the young lady that quoted the price had left. So, they did not want to honor the membership price to a nonmember. Well my wife did not want to cause a scene and paid it. This mistake should have never happened as I even set it up in my notes when the appointment was set. I was mad when I heard this and cancelled my membership and will never go back.In hindsight. I should have expected this after the way I was heavily up sold to join after my first massage.
