I have been a member of this location for almost two years. Every time I come the staff does not know policies, I get the go around and I am so done. I am a Latina woman and I will not stand to be discriminated against or to be treated differently. As a franchise you need to approach your clients with diversity and equity in mind. This is 2021 and racial equity should be part of your mission.

I have 2 massage therapists that I alternate between, Tasha and Toy. They are both fantastic and knowledgeable. Their stations are always very clean and sanitary. If you want to talk they’re talkative, if you want quiet you get it. They KNOW the body. I feel safe at this business.
