I have had great experiences here! The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. It is clean and has a relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend and have told several friends about their services! Iâm getting my first 90 minute massage tomorrow and I canât wait!!

Terrible lobby service today. Had to wait over 5 minutes to be checked in because no one was in the lobby when I arrived. No apology was given for making me wait. Then the massage therapist rubbed about 46 gallons worth of lotion of me during the massage. Iâve seen Christmas hams that were less glazed up than I was. Plus she was really bad about not working on trouble areas I identified for her to work on. Nobody was in the front lobby when I walked out. Not an enjoyable experience. I made the mistake of signing a contract with these people that I canât get out of without hiring an attorney. Iâm disgusted with them!

The staff was very nice and friendly. I signed up for a facial of 60 minutes. I got about 40 min & was early for my appt. The girl that performed facial was sweet but I kinda just felt like my face was washed & nothing special? I paid for extra service but was not super impressed. I would love to have a membership with monthly facials but not if is like this.

Successful Deep Tissue Massage Huge Pain Relief
First time to Massage Envy in Anderson. Starting from my phone call to book the appointment to the goodbye, I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient staff. Everything was very clean, relaxing music played. The reason for my visit was trying to alleviate a terrible shoulder pain. Mary Poppins probably never had this problem, but I certainly did, injuring my shoulder by holding up a huge umbrella during heavy rain and wind. The shoulder pain had me sleepless for 2 weeks, I tried everything, including trying to sleep sitting up in my living room chair. Kevin gave me a good shoulder massage during my 1 hour visit, focusing on the area that caused me so much trouble. He was highly knowledgeable and ensured I wasn’t in any pain during the deep tissue massage. Additionally, he was kind, considerate, and made me very comfortable. I am happy to report that since the 3 days that have gone by, I have been able to sleep without any pain. WIthout needing any medication, hurray! I will definitely return, for massages with Kevin, and also plan on a facial soon. I highly recommend this place!
