You HAVE to try this place out! Cleanliness and professionalism is all I pay attention to in spas, and this one hit all the marks! I just moved into Tustin and noticed this spa as I was shopping, went in on my day off and got to meet the receptionist Baylee who was really professional and pretty much sold me on the membership immediately. Her knowledge of the products helped me buy a couple gifts for my family and got me arranged with a massage therapist almost immediately.

This was my first visit. To this Ha d and Stone. What a delightful and relaxing experience.I am impressed that it is abundantly clear that COVID Precautions are being followed and since I am vaccinated I was given the option to wear or not wear a mask.All greeting staff and other employees were wearing masks.I felt that my safety and comfort was paramount.Adriana provided a heavenly hot stone massage. Couldnât ask for a more attentive masseuse. Thank youI highly recommend this location

Hand and Stone in Tustin, CA is following all COVID Protocol. The staff was friendly, especially Alex at the Front Desk. I had a Gift Facial and she was professional, attentive, and very helpful! My facial was done by Amber! It’s the BEST facial I’ve had in years. She has great hands, the bed was warmed, the steamer was perfect and the facial was hydrating and soothing. During future visits, our Massage Therapist or Esthetician will ask about any changes, further tailoring your Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa experience.
