I booked a couples massage that we were very much looking forward to. Got there Saturday 10 minutes to 10:00 , doors locked. Lady at front desk opened doors soon after and then we found out they only scheduled one therapist for a couples massage. Her attitude was basically “I don’t know how they missed it”, oh well! She didn’t care. They didn’t seem ready. This is the second time I have tried to go to this place. First time person at front desk not helpful at all. This will be the last time I try. We really need a professional spa in Wake Forest!
